During our more than 7 years of experience, Simgea has been an adviser in more than 70 sustainable buildings, with projects located in different cities across the US, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Mexico and Spain that range from simple one story houses, that only need thermal and day lighting analysis, to high rise mixed use developments, that required envelope assessment, natural ventilation analysis and HVAC selection in order to achieve the energy saving goals of our clients. Airports, health care, coliseums, warehouses, mixed used high rises, single family, you name it, with over 10,000,000 sq.ft of projects consulted on, we have seen all kinds of buildings. Currently we have 20 projects where our work as LEED Energy Modelers has been approved by the GBCI and we have another 20 in process of being LEED certified, besides EDGE and other certifications.
